Steak on a Stone at the Headfort Arms Hotel!
Your fillet steak is seared in the kitchen and then placed on an incredibly hot lava stone and served sizzling at your table with a side of chunky chips and 3 sauces. You can then slice the meat and allow it to cook to perfection at your table. If you like your steaks 'blue', take it off right away and start eating! If you like your steaks well done, watch while it cooks until it reaches the point of perfection for you, however you like it!
